Pros
The company has an ethos which I believe is second to non. I have worked for organisations and companies that dictate how you act and react to situation, BizSpace allows you to be you and in fact celibates diversity in all of its shapes, they understand that individuals bring different skills and drill to the party. The company allows you to grow both mentally and physically, it moves you to the correct dissension without an authoritarian stamp, guiding rather than dragging. The people is the biggest draw for me, although the company is UK wide I know that if I need to talk to someone all I need to do is pick up the phone and that person will be there for me, its all about the team. The company is expanding which shows confidence from the backers and management. The CEO is approachable and contactable if needed, top bloke. (if you are reading this and think, "this guy is just fluffing" you're wrong, I mean what I say)
Cons
The expansion of the business is hurting. Then again they would not call 'Growing Pains' a pain if it didn't. Would be nice if the Service and Support element was grown at the same rate.
