      Pros

      Great people at Centre Management level and below Great tenants Fairly flexible

      Cons

      Too many indians Not a Manager but more of a supervisor, you have no control over the centre. Like to rave about how they care for their staff, but sadly it's all just words Appalling salaries No acknowledgement for going above and beyond Poor Management, poor communication No promotion opportunities - unless your face fits All about money

      Pros

      Nice people. Passionate management. Making a difference for smaller businesses. Country-wide coverage and name, I was proud to work there for the time I did.

      Cons

      Seemed to care a lot about the Centre Managers but no one else, really. Underwent a significant restructure, including replacing the old CEO and letting go a lot of management and sections of the business, which could've been handled better.
