- Pure wastage of time and career, primarily it's a BI company only. - Very poor management, selfish project leads/managers, worst co-founders who micromanage employees and wasting their time instead of focusing on company growth. - Language barrier, congested office space , no cafeteria, challenging even to move around. - Employees treated like slaves, indifferent to individual career growth, placement in projects without discussion, Lack of communication and feedbacks. - Highest churn rate in the industry. - Haphazard salary hikes without clear criteria and discussion. - Strongly advised to join at your own risk.
