No compassion and understanding at all - Associate Trainer Bizmates Employee Review

- Biased KPI system causing demotivation among trainers. - Inconsiderate management. - Heartless CEO and staffs. - Strictly relying on numbers which is unacceptable because they do not fully represent trainers' performance. Again, the KPI is very subjective (even admitted by the CEO). - The management's main goal is to deprive trainers of their passion in teaching and to earn decent amount of salary (KPI goes down, salary also goes down). - No compassion at all. (It's all about business). - They say trainers are their business partners but they're not treated like ones. Instead, they're treated unjustly with strict one-sided policies that doesn't make sense and inhumane.
