1. Flexible working hours. Just a minimum of 10 hrs required per week. 2. Payout schedule is generally reliable provided you submit your Sales Invoice on time. 3. They provide teaching materials so no need to create your own. 4. It's relatively easy to get student bookings.
Cons
1. Hasn't increased their rates for more than 10 years 2. Pay grade is based on a KPI system that isn't 100% transparent, can be manipulated by the company, and is subject to the student's tendency to give high or conservative trainer ratings. 3. Too many rules for such little pay. You'll only earn well if you teach many hours. Other platforms offer better rates. 4. Management claims it's open to trainer feedback but rarely acts on them and always prioritizes students and company profit. Trainer welfare comes last. 5. Management style is generally conservative and not progressive.
