Very casual process, mainly personality-based questions

Not really any cons, overall great process

Relatively stable processes, clear product visions

Developer experience was an afterthought esp. with internal tools. Engineering leadership is more emotion/personality than anything else. Poor communication and transparency culture, lack of clear priorities.
