Pros
PMO - The Project Management team is going in the right direction. Well organized, good ideas. Implementation has been slow. Work from Home whenever you want, great work/life balance.
Cons
The sales organization is dreadful. The PM team/engineers are leaned on to sell everything. Below average pay rate, and most recently the 401K match was taken away as a cost saving method, which was my last straw. Middle to upper management is hired based on relationships, not qualifications, and it clearly shows.
