I feel a strong need to dispute those putting blame for poor performance on the sales force. In order to be successful you must have the attitude that EVERYONE is in sales. The sales force is grossly under supported and expected to generate sales at unattainable margins. The overall business is one big disjointed mess. There are many people within the company sabotaging the sales initiative.
