Not much, if you need a job and they are offering take it

Bad management no advancement pay gets worse every year due to increase health care you are stuck at your pay and your position until you quit promise training but never deliver stab their workers in the back so managers and up get their damn bonuses sales make all the money off techs and engineers that provide the support and give a paltry thanks as a damn insult
