Dreadfully low salary, no raises, got one $80.00 (yes $80) bonus in almost 6 yrs. Every new CEO introduces a new performance review to pretend to offer raises. Somehow they always fall through and raises are never given. In fact, they changed all job titles to prevent paying employees the industry average for all positions. Received one $0.50 raise in almost 6 years there. Mgmt. is bullies and micromanages and HR looks the other way. Once reported an incident with a manager to HR and the HR rep said verbatim "I know him, he would never do that," so i never reported another thing. Mgmt doesn't value team member contributions. Worked for a supervisor that was blatantly sexist, consistently spoke down to his employees, and even referred to his team members as "slaves picking cotton," when describing how they were lazy and didn't work during the day, so that they could take advantage of overtime. His behavior was so brash that I developed severe and nearly debilitating anxiety, at which point I quit. To thank me for nearly 6yrs of service, I was told that I should have, while dealing with severe anxiety, figured out who I could report it to, since I no longer felt comfortable speaking with HR. I was chastised for not digging deeper to figure out who I could go to above HR. I was actually even asked why I didn't report to HR that I felt uncomfortable talking to HR!!!!! Disgusting.
Turnover is EXCEPTIONALLY high as a result of poor management. Morale is ridiculously low. I would give 0 stars if I could
