Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, I'm sorry that you had such a poor experience with us. As you may remember, we recently rolled out a new mission, vision, values, and cultural pillars to help drive the work environment and culture we would like our team members to have every day. Cultures take a great deal of time to become part of the fabric of an organization, but I'm very pleased with the progress we have made so far. Additionally, we have been adding more and more resources related to training, including LinkedIn Learning and CBT Nuggets.
