The best thing about the company is the people you work with. Mostly caring, empathetic, intelligent, helpful and genuinely good people! The leadership has improved and is starting to stabilize and gain some traction. Long standing company with a strong reputation. Unique position in the industry with overlapping but not fully direct competition.
Cons
There is a still a lot of work and challenges to conquer to get the technology, product, processes and people to the other side of this evolution mountain. It is still chaotic at times, but change is messy and there is a lot of change in play to accelerate the needed improvements. For the next 6ish months people are likely to be working on an outdated backend system and processes while we get the new tech and skills in place
