Cons
Black Diamond took a downturn when Sagamore Capital bought the company. After the acquisition, Black Diamond seemed to shift to an accounting firm rather than an engineering/production company. The roadblocks created by the influx of accountants made simple request very difficult. Special accounting codes became more important than delivering good products to the warfighter. Most of the knowledgeable people have left for good reasons.
