      Pros

      Leadership in the building every day is great and should be allowed to do their jobs.

      Cons

      Hard to recommend working here as long as current ownership (Sagamore Capital Group) is running the show. They are based out of New York and make all the (terrible) decisions. Seems like they are more keen on chasing off key customers and employees than growing the business or securing long term contracts.

      Pros

      The people (co workers) are pretty good people.

      Cons

      Ownership has no clue what they are doing. They have never run/owned a company before. It is NOT anywhere near a 5mil/year company. Since Sagamore (owners) bought us, we are losing customers and key employees left and right. People quit and they are not replaced and we keep loosing benefits.
