I have never been at a job where I have been relentlessly sexually harassed. I dutifully reported each incident to my manager, who did nothing to address the situation. In a little over a year of working there, I was propositioned for oral sex in exchange for $1000. I was endlessly quizzed about my sexual preferences. Members left me lewd notes. The comments about my figure were nonstop and I became so self conscious I developed an eating disorder. I had a number of members mention that I would get fat if they saw me eat. I'd go at least six and sometimes 12 hours without eating anything. I became so afraid for my well-being I had to see a doctor for anti anxiety medication and my mother bought me mace. During my employment at Black Diamond a waitress was physically grabbed by a member and nothing was done. This incident was witnessed, this member grabbed her breast. This job did such damage to me sense of well-being and self-esteem that I had to quit without notice, as I was starting to have panic attacks prior to leaving for work each morning.
