      Pros

      Great team of people, all with the same goal in mind. The mixture of introverts and extroverts is well balanced and we all have the chance to voice our opinions and suggest ideas. There is a work hard play hard philosophy, and no one is ever left out or unsupported by the team. If something needs to be done, we all muck in!

      Cons

      Occasionally things get lost in translation which can increase stress levels of those involved. Sometimes there are too many cooks involved and not enough direction.

      Pros

      Flexible, agile, progressive and forward thinking, I was really able to develop my skills and career with Black Isle with a huge amount of support from Tim and the team. I owe them a lot!

      Cons

      There aren't really any bad points to add for this Company. Whilst I did work for them during a profound period of change I was supported through the changes which has helped me with my career.

      Pros

      A diverse environment with good levels of responsibility. Growing company so lots of opportunity to grow with it. Some really interesting learning opportunities and a supportive team. Regular team days out are good too. Home-working and part-time/flexi-time were offered freely.

      Cons

      If forced, the only 'Con' I can think of is a lack of parking.
