Pros
If you like the challenge of playing a part in updating, improving and growing a small company, there is plenty of opportunity for that in this organization. Benefits are good. Some flexibility in work arrangements/hours is allowed.
Cons
I received a low salary relative to my education and experience, and attempts to bring it up to standards were quickly dismissed. Internal communications are strained. Favoritism and cliques are common. Leadership is poor and quick to blame others. The culture allows and even feeds rumors and backstabbing, even at the top levels.
