Cons
Extremely disorganized, founder-lead company that does not empower employees to make decisions. Everything has to be run through the founders and people are scared to give honest feedback due to the fear-based culture and multiple rounds of layoffs. Most legacy employees are not accepting of new hires which hinders collaboration and efficiency.
