Pros
my experience was largely positive thanks to my incredible team. The team was a standout aspect of my time there; they were empathetic, helpful, and maintained a positive attitude even during challenging times. The collaboration and support I received from my colleagues made my tenure both enjoyable and fulfilling.
Cons
However, not everything was perfect. The HR department, led by the CFO, was a significant downside. The CFO's approach to HR was often narcissistic and condescending. It was evident that his behavior stemmed from his dual role as CFO and head of HR, which unfortunately impacted the company culture negatively.
