There is very little management structure, and individual contributors are often expected to take full ownership without sufficient guidance or support. The company strongly prioritizes fast delivery, often at the expense of code quality, proper testing, and long-term maintainability. Tight timelines leave limited room for clean design or refactoring. Additionally, much of the work involves maintaining or extending outdated technologies that primarily serve short-term business needs, offering limited exposure to modern tools or practices that support long-term career growth.
