Good amount of training Reasonable pay Hybrid working Managers are accessible

Cons

Still a call centre job so there is a lot of abuse that you'll endure. Not much career advancement from the customer care team, and they added mandatory saturday hours which heavily impacted morale and messed up the work life balance
