Honestly, it’s not a very hard job

I have never been treated so poorly by an employer in my life. Charge us for parking, bringing pay below NMW. Told off for going to the loo and drinking water. Ask for availability on the 10th of the previous month - then takes them over two weeks to give us the schedule! Bother me constantly over messages outside of working hours. Expect us to take part in unpaid training, and don’t give us shifts when we refuse. Paid on the 10th of the month for the previous month’s work. Promotion (better pay and regular hours, instead of zero hours arrangement) given to a new member of staff instead of those that have been here years. Never recognised for good work.
