Pros
bonus, lunch stipend and some employees are great human beings. prestige of company name on a resume is a plus when interviewing.
Cons
low pay, racism/discrimination, management can be verbally abusive, minimal work/life balance, micro-aggressions abound ..list is long. if your appearance and completely submissive behavior make the caucasians feel comfortable then you’ll have a chance of surviving (not thriving). everything is about optics, not integrity.
