Extremely superficial, as long as you look and act Caucasian, then great for you. However, if you let them peek into your authentic, ethnic background, they frown upon you. With pay and overall treatment is about men first and foremost followed by white women or women who look white, and finally the rest of the folks. Extremely biased white male and female managers work here who continue to showcase illegal discriminatory behavior and they are rewarded for it, and HR is aware and they too join this movement of illegal behavior.
