      company provides free snacks and free food.

      Cons

      1. Don't believe on Mangement/HR words: First they said you will get hike on day "X", after date "X", they proposed new date "Y", they failed, and few weeks after date "Y", again proposed new date "Z". Again failed. Few months after date "Z", they said "BYE BYE". LAID OFF. So see the U turn fro m HIKE to FIRE. 2. HR policies change more frequent than weather. 3. Worse management. 4. Politics friendly company.

      A few teams and good people genuinely wanted to build cool things that mattered.

      There’s a big gap between what’s shown to the outside world and what actually happens day to day. If trust and honesty matter to you, you may find it difficult to reconcile the company’s narrative with the reality inside.
