As a Resource Assistant, although the responsibilities are fairly standard, the position offers a strong foundation for developing new skills and gaining exposure to different areas of the firm.

      Pros

      The company feels like home, family-like, they say they respect home-life and has a lot of attorneys with real family and adult lives. Most ppl are friendly.

      Cons

      Ofc, that does not apply to junior associates. Partners hog work away from junior associates, partners are not interested in training juniors. no middle associates to train due to burnt out / low pay life. The firm has a reputation of churning out young female attorneys and lays them off once they feel burnt out.
