      Higher level management constantly make empty promises and tell you all you're getting raise, more hrs, promotion, etc etc. Completely unorganized, improper planning (if any at all. No division works with another for beneficial jobsite completion. Mass layoffs unannounced, resulting in dramatic understaff. Say they're clean layoffs, then they don't file the layoff with clean layoff code to be eligible for unemployment benefits.
