Good management, had a good experience there

Long hours, can be repetitive

I couldn’t find anything positive

Rude attitude towards the staff, treating them like a sh… (even been told them using that word), sometimes no breaks and food to eat, management chaos, no extra money when finishing after 1am and there was no tube or trains, terrible hygiene, rats, staff food was just disgusting. And the end of very busy festive season the staff didn’t get any percentage of the service charge-everything went to the owner.
