Pros
Some amazing people, in the most stunning setting.
Cons
Petty disputes between senior management ended up changing the mood of days at a time. Keen and hard-working young part-time workers from schools and colleges ended up getting barked at and told to stop talking to each other, which I never saw them do more than the usual/healthy amount. One sweet student was snapped at to stop talking so that they could unwrap about 100 ceramic pill boxes. I felt so sorry for them. It was upsetting to watch and embarrassing for them and for the customers standing by. It's only since leaving and working for major organisations in several cities that I realised how sad the atmosphere was here. Every company has its problems and complications, but part of being a good company is dealing with them professionally.
