Pros

Great pay, great benefits, fully remote schedule was nice (until it wasn't).

Cons

Long hours, being remote means you're expected to work longer hours with no work/life balance. They have employees all over the US and India which meant early mornings for India calls and later meetings to connect with west coast coworkers. The workload is intense, so beware you will get paid well and have good benefits but you won't be able to enjoy it much with all the workload you'll have.

Pros

- Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

Cons

- healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

Pros

it's a paying job, that's nice.

Cons

Oppressive as heck. On a zoom call? You can't turn your camera off. Cannot work remotely unless you're very specialized. Must record your screen at all times. weak time-off program. 2 weeks maximum granted PTO, 1 week sick time. For a health company, it sure doesn't seem like employee health is relevant to the employer.
