Pros
- surrounded by intelligent, hard-working coworkers who are always willing to help
- U.S. team is remote, with occasional in-person meet-ups. Best of both worlds to me!
- there's a lot to do, so it's easy to find your place at the company
- pay, benefits, employee appreciation
- the product is really cool. Lots of enthusiasm for it in the market so far
Cons
it's an early stage startup, so if you aren't familiar it might be overwhelming. Things change frequently, and you should expect a lot of responsibility going into any role. It's a newer product/vendor in the market, which has it's own challenges. Some people love early stage startup life, some don't.
