We really appreciate you taking the time to share your review - and we're glad the autonomy we give people is landing as intended. You’re right on the ‘in progress’ point. We are building as we evolve in a few areas, which we are aware can create some overlap or friction short-term. The aim (and expectation) is exactly what you’ve said - simpler, more joined-up processes as things mature. That said, feel free to share any ideas on how we can smooth things out as we go.
