      If you have a Confidence in your experience or skills that will destroyed in seconds.

      Cons

      Will not calculate Sunday and Holiday for Salary.I have worked for 27 days and only 2 days I have taken leave out of that.but including holidays and Sundays they put 12 days leave and Given me 15 days salary.
