The people were incredible. Everyone there, including leadership seemed to genuinely care about the mission.

The leadership was pretty old school, execs wanted approval on way too many small projects. They’re was a lack of trust in the people on the ground. The company had no concept of strategy, they tried to solve ever problem and chased every business avenue.
