      Pros

      Base salary is great! Stock options are great! Cool city for training. If you are coming from DD this is the place to be! They will feed you leads and take care of you!

      Cons

      The field sales org is ran by people from DD that don’t know anything about credit card processing or selling a complex Saas solution. My DM could not read a credit card statement and missed multiple meetings. I had 3 different managers in 6 months. I didn’t have a 1:1 in October through December. The organization took a huge pivot and expect AE’s to push bad loans on customers to make profit.

      Pros

      Remote, great insurance and pay, few offsites a year to work with the team in person (paid for by company)

      Cons

      Depends on your manager, but it can be hard to work on projects you want to work on, even when it’s on the roadmap for the team
