Pros
It has a very open culture and for the five years that I was there, I really enjoyed the work I did for the most part. Even though I got laid off, I do think the company's direction in terms of really leaning in on AI and focusing more on its core product offerings is the right approach.
Cons
There was a lot of company BS and leadership would constantly change direction, and there was a huge obsession with afterpay and crypto that did not pan out.
