      Pros

      The people who work there are really great, smart and talented.

      Cons

      Leadership has no clue what they are doing and they pivot every six months or so to create a diversion, Jack has AI psychosis, and middle management is just cosplaying actual work.

      Great work environment. Lovely company. Doesn't feel evil

      Cons

      A lot of older technology and obsolete frameworks. Having to develop with ember made me feel like my relevant skills were atrophying.
