-Really interesting work with complex hard problems to dig in and solve. -Respectful & engaged peers -Progressive culture which trends positively to respect work/life balance with policies like unlimited vacation and flexible arrival/departure times.
Cons
-You have to be ready to dig in and work, if you are someone that is used to coasting through your day, Square is not going to be a fit for you. -Businesses depend on Square 24x7 for processing their payments. Sometimes you are going to have to work late or cancel your personal plans to handle emergent issues. You need to be willing to make sacrifices when necessary.
