Pros
Block is big on diversity and inclusion. In addition to great health, dental, and vision benefits, employees are given stock in the company, a stipend each month for WFH employees, wellness benefits every month, and more.
Cons
Can sometimes be overwhelmingly political and if you're not left leaning, you should just keep your mouth shut. There is too much freedom for employees to create/start projects with little structure from management.
