      Pros

      Decent product base for future growth potential.

      Cons

      Jack Dorsey does not lead as a CEO. Cash and Block are run as separate companies but must share certain resources, leading to infighting. The organization is bloated to the point that true innovation rarely happens. Afterpay acquisition was a huge waste of money.
