      - Great WLB - Kind people

      Cons

      - No clue how to operate as a large company - No product vision - Engineering is rehashing things over and over. Still debating whether to have CI/CD. - Tons of custom frameworks/tools especially in the devX/infra space that are inferior to 3rd party tools. - Poor eng culture, very bottoms up, so information is never consistent
