- You feel like you are listened to and can make a difference in the business. - Respect for people who bring new ideas. - Cool office space, lots of events happening at the co-working space - social and work related. - Opportunity to mould you own role and explore ideas and projects you believe in. - The chance to travel. - Opportunity to meet people from the startup world, smart cities and tech verticals. - They really try to be flexible and accommodate people's own circumstances. - Lots of potential here.

- Somethings can be a little last minute, but I guess this is the nature of a start up. - Some times job roles are not 100% clear - but there is cross over of responsibilities in a start up environment. - Times when we were installing the product on site could get very busy, so best to plan ahead before these periods.

It's an interesting product.

Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. I mean like really really bad. Like you would be better off in McDonalds. Petty beyond belief. I mean just unbelievably petty. I mean like there is petty and then there's Blockdox. They take it to a *whole* other level. Plus the entire company seems to run on a whim. I probably should have seen the warning signs. The fact that that there are so few employees so many years after founding should have been an alarm bell. I guess because they treat employees like garbage. I would have willingly paid you money to get that company out of my life. Just a horrible company. Like the worst.
