The founder lacks basic leadership and planning skills, which has led to no clear project vision, dysfunctional products, and repeated delays in execution. There is no accountability at the top, and decisions are made impulsively without any real strategy. To make things worse, salaries are often delayed without any communication or justification. Several employees who were let go still haven't received their pending payments — which is not only unethical but also illegal. The culture is built on chaos and mismanagement. If you're looking for a stable job with respectful treatment and timely compensation, avoid this company.
