      - Long history in the industry (since 2011) - Strong financials, seasoned mgmt & advisory board - Offers both retail and institutional products - Founders are still active daily - Ambitious plans for the future - Well respected & easy to book meetings with nearly anyone

      Cons

      - Current regulations in US keep them from offering all crypto products - Global teams mean lots of travel & non-standard work hours - Had to adjust to being a Dallas Cowboy fan (they are title sponsors)
