- Great people, collaborative environment - Competitive salary - Flexible work environment - Fun if you like fast paced work environment - Good place if you're a crypto/blockchain enthusiast
Cons
- Numerous layoffs without warning - Turnover in senior leadership without explanation over the past 2 years - Business (revenue) ebbs and flows with crypto prices - Seems there's some lack of alignment between CEO and CTO on company's direction - Benefits were cut back quite a bit to save costs
