CEO micromanages everyone, creates pointless rules, adds extra responsibilities without a pay increase, and is never satisfied with a job well done.
Doesn't know how to do our job but he still likes to stick his nose into how we do things and complain, even though we know the goal of our position better.
Lack of any kind of training on the position, which results in us creating our own rules (those are of course never good in his eyes).
Punishes workers for things outside of our control without talking first.
One time expected us to do unpaid overtime if someone was late for their shift.
