Pros
You are taught a lot about process which could be good if you never took business classes. Since most people in the company are liberal arts majors, I guess they need to learn about process. They only work at Microsoft, so if that is where you want to be it is a sure bet with Bloom.
Cons
You are expected to work full time for the customer and if you are not on a billable engagement you have to make the time up. This means you could be working a couple hundred hours of "free" overtime if you don't get on an engagement. Benefits are bare-minimum. Don't expect to get to take vacation, Heather takes it back to make up for your "bench" time. Most people come straight out of college and leave in a year for a 50% pay raise. I was so happy to leave to go to work for a real consulting company and not have to deal with Heather's BS anymore.
