      Continued Education, good new grad transition program, support team, teach about billing/coding

      Cons

      Driving a lot, having to find patients to add to schedule if they cancel work 60+ hours a week due to charting requirements- can't chart while driving.

      Pros

      There was training and a slow ramp up. Patients are a highlight.

      Cons

      Not clear understanding of pay structure when I was hired, lots of word of mouth , maybe there’s a productivity bonus, maybe a population health bonus. No clear picture of job trajectory either. What paths are there available?
