Can work remotely which is good.

Cons

Toxic culture. Financially unstable. Very poor procedures and practices (they are the wild west). Poor middle management that just not dynamic, caring or innovative. Very low salary ... close to the bottom of industry. Very poor pension and very poor benefits.
