Pros
Excellent work life balance, incredible health benefits which are free for your dependents and only a tiny fee to add your spouse. Ease of moving within the corp, after 18mos in one position you can move to another department or group, these openings are posted internally to encourage workers to find their best role.
Cons
Everything is tracked, time in the office, time out of the office. Everyone can see everyone else’s calendar. But once you get used to this and just focus on your job you realize it doesn’t matter.
